4.2 Fair Play: You agree to participate in quizzes fairly and not to use any unfair advantages, including but not limited to:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to answer questions.
• Sharing answers with other participants during a live quiz.
• Creating multiple accounts to increase chances of winning.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs in our platform.
• Hacking or attempting to hack our systems.

4.3 Prize Eligibility: Prize eligibility is determined by your performance in the quiz and compliance with these Terms. Prizes are awarded solely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility before awarding any prize.

4.4 Prize Distribution: Prizes will be distributed as described in the specific quiz rules. Cash prizes will be transferred to your account within the platform, and you may withdraw them subject to our withdrawal policies. Non-cash prizes will be delivered as specified in the quiz rules.

4.5 Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges associated with receiving prizes. We may be required to withhold taxes from prize distributions in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
