This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and withdrawals on QuizMaster. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. We encourage you to read this document carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds, withdrawals, and cancellations.

2. Types of Transactions

QuizMaster offers various transaction types:

• Deposits: Funds added to your QuizMaster wallet
• Prize Winnings: Cash rewards earned from quiz participation
• Withdrawals: Transfer of funds from your QuizMaster wallet to your bank account or other payment methods
• Subscription Fees: Premium membership charges (if applicable)

3. Deposit Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for deposits in the following circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate transactions
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect deposit amounts
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

3.2 Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible deposit:

1. Submit a refund request through our Support Center within 7 days of the transaction
2. Provide transaction details including date, amount, and payment method
3. Explain the reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

3.3 Refund Timelines

If your refund request is approved:

• Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-10 business days
• UPI refunds: 1-3 business days
• Bank Transfer refunds: 3-7 business days

Please note that the exact timing depends on your payment provider.

4. Unused Deposits

Deposits that have not been used to enter any quizzes can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A 5% processing fee will be applied to all unused deposit withdrawals
• The minimum withdrawal amount for unused deposits is ₹100
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit when possible

5. Winnings Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility

Quiz winnings can be withdrawn at any time, provided:

• Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
• You have completed any required KYC verification
• The minimum withdrawal amount of ₹100 is met

5.2 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw your winnings:

1. Go to "My Account" > "Wallet" > "Withdraw"
2. Select your preferred withdrawal method
3. Enter the withdrawal amount
4. Provide the necessary account details for the transfer

5.3 Withdrawal Methods and Timelines

We offer the following withdrawal methods:

• Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days (minimum ₹200)
• UPI: 12-24 hours (minimum ₹100)
• Digital Wallets: 12-24 hours (minimum ₹100)

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to our premium membership:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to "My Account" > "Subscription"
• Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods
• If you cancel within 7 days of starting a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund

7. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are non-refundable:

• Deposits that have been used to enter quizzes
• Subscription fees beyond the 7-day cancellation period
• Processing fees for withdrawals
• Fees charged by your bank or payment provider

8. Taxes and Deductions

Please note that:

• All withdrawals are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) at a rate of 30% will be deducted from winnings exceeding ₹10,000 in a financial year
• You will receive a TDS certificate for any tax deducted

9. Disputed Transactions

If you believe there is an error in a transaction:

1. Contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction
2. Provide detailed information about the transaction and the nature of the dispute
3. We will investigate and respond within 15 business days

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution.

10. Account Closure

If you choose to close your QuizMaster account:

• Any unused deposits will be refunded to your original payment method, minus applicable fees
• Winnings can be withdrawn before account closure
• Any remaining balance under ₹100 may be forfeited if it cannot be withdrawn due to minimum withdrawal limits
