How QuizMaster Works

Getting started with QuizMaster is quick and easy:

1. Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page
2. Enter your name, email address, and create a password
3. Alternatively, sign up with your Google or Facebook account
4. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
5. Complete your profile by adding your phone number and payment details (optional, but required for withdrawals)

Registration is completely free, and there's no subscription fee to use the platform.

We host multiple quiz sessions every day:

• Morning Quiz: 10:00 AM - Start your day with knowledge
• Afternoon Quiz: 1:00 PM - Perfect for your lunch break
• Evening Quiz: 5:00 PM - Unwind after work
• Night Quiz: 8:00 PM - Test your knowledge before bed
• Sunday Special: 8:00 PM every Sunday - Higher prizes!

To join a quiz:

1. Go to the Quizzes page to see the schedule
2. Click "Enter Quiz" for your chosen session
3. You can enter the lobby 5 minutes before start time
4. Wait for the countdown to finish and the quiz to begin

During the quiz:

• Each quiz contains 12-25 multiple-choice questions
• Questions are displayed one at a time
• You have a limited time to answer each question (15-30 seconds)
• A timer shows you how much time remains for each question
• Select your answer by clicking/tapping on the option
• You cannot change your answer once submitted
• The next question appears automatically after the time expires

Quiz topics include general knowledge, science, entertainment, sports, and more. Some quizzes focus on specific categories, while others cover a mix of topics.

Our scoring system rewards both knowledge and speed:

• Base Points: 10 points for each correct answer (0 for incorrect)
• Speed Bonus: Up to 5 additional points based on how quickly you answer
• Example: Answering correctly in 5 seconds might earn 10+4=14 points
• Streak Bonus: Answer 3+ questions correctly in a row for bonus points
• Maximum Score: Varies by quiz (typically 150-375 points)

There is no negative marking for wrong answers, so it's always better to attempt a question than to leave it unanswered.

After the quiz ends:

• Results are calculated and displayed immediately
• You'll see your score, position, and any prizes won
• The top 10 participants win cash prizes
• Prize distribution follows this pattern:

Note: Sunday Special quizzes have a larger prize pool (₹2,000) with higher individual prizes.

Cash out your winnings easily:

1. Go to "My Account" > "Wallet"
2. Click on "Withdraw"
3. Select your preferred withdrawal method:
   • Bank Transfer: Minimum ₹200
   • UPI: Minimum ₹100
   • Payment Wallets: Minimum ₹100
4. Enter the required details
5. Confirm the withdrawal

Processing time depends on the withdrawal method:

• Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days
• UPI: 12-24 hours
• Digital Wallets: 12-24 hours

Important: You need to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal.

To comply with regulations and ensure security, we require KYC verification for all users who wish to withdraw their winnings:

1. Go to "My Account" > "KYC Verification"
2. Fill in your personal details
3. Upload copies of required documents:
   • Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)
   • Proof of address
   • Recent photograph
4. Submit for verification

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email once your KYC is approved. This is a one-time process that you only need to complete before your first withdrawal.
